Refund Policy

When money comes back to you — boosts, tips, and disputed charges.

Last updated 13 July 2026

Boosts (held, not charged)

A boost is only an authorization until your song is played. If the artist declines, skips, or doesn't play it, the hold is released automatically and no charge is captured. Authorization holds clear on your issuer's timeline.

Captured boosts & tips

Once a boost is captured (your song was played) it is final. Tips are charged immediately and are non-refundable once captured, except where the law requires otherwise.

Errors & duplicate charges

Clear processing errors or duplicate charges are refundable on request after review.

Disputes & chargebacks

Contact reach@cuejam.live before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may lead to account suspension.

Timing

Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
