Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
Your 14-day withdrawal right, the live-performance exception, and how boosts refund.
Last updated 13 July 2026
14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital-service purchase (Consumer Rights Directive, Arts. 9–16), using any clear statement or the model withdrawal form.
Live-performance exception
When you boost or tip during a live show you expressly ask for immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service begins (Art. 16(m)). This is why captured tips and boosts are not refundable.
Boosts that aren't played
A boost is only a hold until your song is played. If it isn't played, the hold is released/refunded automatically.
Faulty service
If a paid digital service is defective or not as described, you keep your statutory remedies under the Digital Content Directive (EU 2019/770).
