Your rights

  • Access (Art. 15) — a copy of your data and how it's processed.
  • Rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure / 'right to be forgotten' (Art. 17).
  • Restriction (Art. 18) and objection (Art. 21) to certain processing.
  • Data portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a portable format.
  • Rights regarding automated decision-making (Art. 22); we don't subject you to solely automated decisions with legal effect.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)), without affecting prior lawful processing.

How to exercise

Email reach@cuejam.live. We may verify your identity, act within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests, Art. 12), and charge no fee for reasonable requests.

Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
