Roles

CueJam is the Data Fiduciary; you are the Data Principal. We process your personal data only for lawful, notified purposes with your free, informed, specific, and withdrawable consent.

Notice & consent

We give an itemized notice of the data we collect, the purpose, your rights, and how to complain — available in English and, on request, other Indian languages. You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, including via a registered Consent Manager.

Your rights as a Data Principal

  • Access a summary of your data and how it's processed.
  • Correct, complete, update, or erase your data.
  • Grievance redressal through our Grievance Officer.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or are incapacitated.

Children

We obtain verifiable parental/guardian consent before processing a child's data and do not track, behaviorally monitor, or target advertising at children.

How to exercise & escalate

Contact our Grievance Officer at reach@cuejam.live. If unresolved, you may appeal to the Data Protection Board of India.
