Controller

CueJam, operating from Steilte 4, 5629 TN Eindhoven, the Netherlands, is the data controller for your personal data. Contact: reach@cuejam.live.

Data & lawful bases (Art. 6)

• Email/phone, display name, song requests, boosts, tips, reviews, analytics, and cookies/IP.
• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) to process boosts, tips, and payouts; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for non-essential cookies, analytics, and marketing; legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for fraud prevention, security, and improving the service.

Payments & processors

Payment data is handled by Stripe, which acts as an independent controller for payment compliance; we never store full card numbers.

International transfers

Where data leaves the EEA (e.g., to Stripe in the US), we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46).

Retention & security

We keep transaction records for the statutory tax/accounting period (about 7 years in NL) and analytics for shorter periods, and we protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and breach notification (Arts. 33–34).

Your rights

You can exercise the rights listed on our GDPR Data Rights page, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
